The Karen Blixen Vase takes it's inspiration from the neck rings worn by some African women, as described in the novel (and film starring Meryl Streep) "Out of Africa", by Isak Dinesen. Ms. Dinesen is more commonly known as Baroness Blixen in her native Denmark. This vase, created by the acclaimed glass designer Anja Kjaer, is both dramatic and beautiful.
